This Halloween was more laid back than previous ones. I spent the evening with my boyfriend and we had a Friends marathon, and passed out candy to kids coming to trick-or-treat. I never really celebrated Halloween with parties before, so it was a relaxing night for us both.

I hope everyone enjoyed any Halloween festivities this year!

  • Really love the booties – and the way your tights have that ruffle on the bottom – so cute. I get into a pants rut in the fall, but I love these ideas.

  • I love the mix of patterns and textures in this outfit! I will totally try something similar. I found your blog through The Blogging Elite and I will definitely check out more posts! 🙂

I’d definitely recommend mixing patterns and textures together because that’s when I get the most compliments on my outfits. People think they’re unexpected and unique whenever I create a look like this. If you recreate a look, make sure to let me know!

  • I wouldn’t have thought to put that skirt & top color combo together, but I love it. It feels unexpected and casual.
