JUARA Candlenut Body Creme:
This is hand down my favorite product from my box this month. The scent of this cream takes me to a warm beach in Florida with a bottle of suntan lotion. It smells like there are notes of vanilla and coconut in it. When I applied it to my skin, the rich, velvet-like texture immediately soaked into my skin. Throughout the day, I could tell the softness and scent of the product lingered on my arms. I would definitely consider purchasing this product, even though it’s $38.
Whish Revitalizing Cleansing Oil:
I’ve been on the hunt for a cleansing oil for a few months now. After trying some samples, and not feeling impressed—I gave up. When I saw this this was in my February Birchbox, I was pretty excited. I thought, “Maybe it’s a sign it will be one I love.” That’s exactly what happened. I love the combination of oils mixed together in this product (olive fruit oil, organic rose hip oil, and organic coconut oil). You can pick this up for $30, and use it to remove your makeup. It has replaced my makeup remover wipes for the time being.
ModelCo Lip Enhancer Illusion Lip Liner:
When I read “lip enhancer,” I was immediately intrigued. Although I don’t typically use lip liners on a day-to-day basis, I thought that my Kylie Jenner lip dreams would be coming true. Truth is, I wasn’t too impressed with this product for $20. I do love how great it works for nude lips because it’s my go-to look; but I don’t think it was anything special or spectacular from what I read in the reviews. However, finding out there was a sharpener was the highlight for this product.
Beauty Protector Protect & Detangle:
I am obsessed with this product. Not to mention, it was the product I was the least excited about trying. In my head, I kept thinking, “Oh goody, another hair product I won’t use.” Turns out, it’s tied for first with the body cream for my favorite product in this month’s box. I love the scent of this protector, which I know sounds weird, but it has a fruity scent to it. I also love that helps to remove any frizz from my hair. With the recent weather, my hair needs all the help it can get. Although the size of the bottle is large, I feel like $21 might be a little pricey for this spray.
Marcelle New·Age 8 in 1 Power Serum:
I’ve been using the same serum from Estée Lauder for about five years now. Clearly, I wasn’t looking for anything new because I love my skincare routine. But, I was interesting in trying out this product knowing it had been years since trying something different on my skin. This serum won me over because I noticed a change in my skin after two days of using it. My skin felt fresh, revitalized, and pampered. And, it’s not a bad investment for $36.
